Crossed by the Route des Grands Vins, Moroges is a small wine-producing village composed of a village and 6 hamlets. A place of passage since prehistoric times, Moroges is the ideal place to go for magnificent walks - including a "Balade Verte la Morogeoise " - taking advantage of the viewpoints thanks to the difference in altitude. In the village, typical Burgundian houses, 4 wash houses, 3 mills and fountains, a 19th century church of Saint-Vincent - originally the Romanesque church of Saint-Martin - illuminated a little away from the village, but clearly visible with its bell tower decorated with polychrome tiles. Also to be seen, two reconstructed 13th century towers and two Merovingian sarcophagi. A very "feel good" village where the watchword is: "It's not the same as in Moroges! »
