Located in Mercurey, the domain Le Foulot is led by Agnès Dewé de Launay. She took over the torch as a result of her father and brings her femininity to his heart by being guided by his intuition. In the Domaine Le Miex Foulot, we do not lead wine, it is accompanied to give the best of itself. The Domaine covers 20 ha, 18 of which are red and white, and mainly includes a wide variety of land and a beautiful range of first crus. The star of the estate is "Le Clos du Château de Montaigu". It is a wine of great complexity and delicacy. The Veleys have a beautiful structure and the Saumonts with very fine tannins bring a lot of freshness. A member of the producers'union Burgundy of Glass Vines (BVV), the domain is certified agricultural agriculture to preserve the natural environment and harvest is made by hand. 70 000 bottles are disposed of every year, 40% to export.
