Le Carline is constantly changing, living with the seasons; both in terms of food and wines ... From the Renaissance to the modern style decoration, the rooms, verandas and terrace makes the difference in harmony. In the kitchen, Chef, José Gomes, mixes flavors with a creative touch. Born in Macon, he was educated at the Lycée Alexandre Dumain and after working in various Michelin-starred restaurants in France and abroad, he decided to acquire a first business in Pont de Veyle with his wife Patricia.
