Gastronomic table in Louhans offering carefully prepared and inventive dishes, seasonal cuisine with local and organic products
L'Arlequin is the gourmet restaurant on the Place de la Libération, not far from the arcades. Anne-Cécile and Fabrice Fléchon play a gourmet melody together. In a chic, intimate dining room, the chef works with noble products, mostly organic and in season. Foie gras, scallops, duck breast and, of course, Bresse poultry, sublimated by yellow wine from the Jura hillsides, are among his specialties. The plates are meticulous, the cuisine inventive and the choice restricted to the highest quality.
