Bresse chicken in cream is an ode to Burgundy and Bresse. As for dessert, you will be tempted by the apple crumble, the iced nougat and its red fruit coulis or even the fresh pineapple. Note that the black truffle is the house speciality. You will find fresh products according to the season in the shop or in the form of preserve all year round.
