In addition to a stopover to discover the 12th century church and its Romanesque door, its adjoining 15th century chapel, and its stained glass windows with Gregorian staves, the castle of La Petite Verrière is worth a look. Behind the parish church, the castle also called La Boulaye dates from the 18th century. While it was falling into ruin, it was rebuilt in 1701. Privately owned, the house boasts a hipped roof made of Burgundy tiles with numerous chimneys. The building is surrounded by a park with a dovecote and a farmhouse. La-Petite-Verrière is also home to Douglas fir trees of the Guillaume rock, which are among the remarkable trees.
