In the heart of the Tenes Valley, Santa Eulàlia de Ronçana was part of the Barony of Montbui until the 19th century before gaining independence in 1835. Nowadays, the village retains a rural soul and a typical Vallès Oriental landscape alternating plains, mountains and valleys criss-crossed by torrents. The Romanesque church of Santa Eulàlia, the chapel of Sant Simplici and the old farmhouses that have been decimated in its territory are among the most outstanding elements of its heritage. In terms of nature, the Parc de les Olors del Serrat ("Park of Scents") offers sensory visits based on aromatic plants and their medicinal properties. Finally, walkers can follow the route along the Tenes river path, a 4.8 km marked trail that starts at the Ca l'Unyó bridge, north of the town.
