At the edge of the park of the Coastal Serralada, this very small village has as main asset its natural environment with a hilly relief. A land of wine-growing, its wines with mineral aromas are classified under the Denominació d'Origen Alella, a Denominació d'Origen Alella (Denomination of Origin), which is divided between the comarques of Vallès Oriental and Maresme. In Santa Maria de Martorelles, the celler Can Roda offers an excellent guided tour of its facilities, including a tasting session. At the top of the Castellruf hill, you can observe the buried remains of an ancient Iberian village and contemplate the remains of a mysterious megalithic construction, the Dolmen de Castellruf. In the village: a bar, a grocery store, a seafood restaurant and a pharmacy... you'll quickly get to know it all! The ruta de les Fonts (starting near the Font de Cam Camp) offers to discover the multiple springs of the locality.
