G Vins is a place dedicated to the winegrowers and wines of Givry. Installed in the right wing of the beautiful building on Place de la Poste, the G Vin is a tasting cellar with a superb tool for visitors to discover the Givry appellation. Equipped with several Enomatic (a device that allows the wine to retain all its organoleptic qualities while avoiding oxidation due to air), the G Vins allows you to taste, with a prepaid card, 32 wines from the 22 participating winegrowers and to buy them on the spot at the estate price. A fine initiative of the municipality and the ODG winegrowers who have installed the winery next to the Achalon tourist office. This does not replace the interest of going directly to meet the winegrowers, but presents the practicality of meeting the agents of the tourist office to discover at best the strolls on the road 71!
