By taking the "route des fermes", you will enjoy the quietness of the green countryside of this village dotted with old farms. At the beginning of the 20th century, its appearance changed under the intervention of Raspall, municipal architect of L'Ametlla between 1906 and 1912. He built sumptuous summer residences there under the impetus of the Barcelona bourgeoisie, attracted by the privileged environment that enveloped the village. While the plain of Vallesana is covered with cultivated fields, a more mountainous area extends northwards to the summit of Puiggraciós (800 metres above sea level). Follow the "modernist route" to find the most beautiful villas imagined by Raspall in his most modernist period.
