Certified slow food and Biosphere, this eco-vegetarian restaurant offers healthy, authentic and colourful cuisine in an enchanting environment. We appreciate its large terrace planted under the trees. Garden, vegetable garden, delicious wines, romantic atmosphere in the evening in the light of the garlands... Jordi and Gemma launched their self-sufficiency and ecological restoration project in 2007. In addition to the restaurant, the place hosts a school offering courses and workshops (ecological agriculture, natural cosmetics, medicinal plants, food...).

In the old town centre there is a good traditional bakery that sells bread made with sourdough ("masa madre" in Catalan) and ecological flours.

Not far from Santa Maria Church. Large bar nestled under a vaulted ceiling, stone walls and exposed beams set the scene for this modern table entirely dressed in red, grey and black. As good as well as well dressed, the dishes are garnished with grilled meat and fish, rice, tartars, mussels, hamburgers? In short, a rather varied menu, without being extendable. But above all, a nice assortment of tapas (you can even taste the bomba de la Barceloneta, a kind of big potato croquette born in the fishermen's district of Barcelona).

We fell in love with this historic bistro established in the old casino of Cardedeu. Baubles and old objects are piling up behind the bar. The bistro chairs and white-covered tables invite you to take a seat, in the dining room or in the garden, to enjoy typical Mediterranean cuisine. Don't miss the black rice, simply delicious. Another option to be recommended is the delectable arròs caldoso con bogavante (a lobster rice served in a kind of broth). Don't forget to reserve your table, as the Antic Casino is often sold out.

A well known guinguette for the locals. In the Pompeu Fabra park, the locals come here to have breakfast, eat some good tapas (organic and/or local products in the spotlight) or drink a caña in a good mood. The guinguette is also an information point where you can find out about routes and cultural activities, and there are regular open-air concerts. A must.

A cultural and gastronomic space nestled in a large industrial shed with a warm decor, hidden in a quiet street in the centre. The place is packed at lunchtime. One usually comes to this establishment, which is a slow food enthusiast, to taste the house speciality: stuffed steaks. Also good small dishes honoring the local cuisine. Concerts are organized there from Thursday to Sunday.
