In 1945, Georges Burrier founded the house that will bear his name and stay family, first with his son Guy Burrier from 1968, and later today with his nephew Frédéric-Marc Burrier. In a very original area dedicated to the great wines of South Burgundy, Mâconnais and Beaujolais. Enoteca Georges Burrier offers nearly 120 references of the region's appellations, on more than 20 vintages. In addition to wine (40 ha) wines from the Burrier family (Beauregard Castle and Georges Burrier and Joseph Burrier domains) the Enoteca offers a small selection of other excellent wine-growers, regional products and the arts of the table. A free tasting of a dozen wines is always available. Visitors will also be able to enjoy a collection of tools of cooperage and antique bottles, and will have access to the visit of a cellar and a cellar of fûts.

DOMAINE CURVEUX

The Curveux family estate has been established in Fuissé, near the superb Saint-Germain church, for four generations now, winemakers from father to son. The estate is now in the hands of Guillaume, who has taken over from his father Joël. Take advantage of a stroll in the surrounding area to taste one of the appellations produced (Mâcon-Fuissé, Mâcon-Chaintré, Pouilly-Fuissé and Pouilly-Fuissé1er cru) in the 8-hectare vineyard. The vineyard, which is cultivated in a sustainable manner, is certified High Environmental Value.

DOMAINE FERRET

Domaine J-A Ferret is a winery located in the heart of Fuissé, in the Mâconnais region. Since 1840, it has been exploring the rich terroirs of Pouilly-Fuissé. The estate is renowned for its fine southern Burgundy wines, made from the Chardonnay grape variety. The domaine's history is marked by women of character, such as Jeanne Ferret, who had the audacity to bottle her wine and vinify it according to her own parcel classification. This classification is still maintained with the "Tête de Cru" and "Hors classe" cuvées. Today, Audrey Braccini perpetuates the estate's identity with elegance. DOMAINE LUQUET DEPUIS 1878

Winery

Founded in 1878, it offers a wide selection of wines, including the Saint-Véran appellation. The Saint-Véran "Vieilles Vignes" comes from a plot planted in 1983, located at altitude in the commune of Chasselas. This wine is vinified in oak barrels, giving it aromas of vanilla, hazelnuts and toasted almonds. It can be kept for around 5 years, and goes perfectly with fish, shellfish, white meats and poultry in cream sauce. Domaine Luquet also offers Saint-Véran "Cuvée Tradition", made from 30-40 year-old vines. This wine, vinified in stainless steel vats, goes well with oysters, fish, shellfish and cheeses. The estate also offers other appellations, such as "La Grande Bruyère" and "Cuvée Vers les Monts".
