Benoit Berthoud, a young chef trained at renowned addresses, has been perpetuating the institution of the Gourmets since 2013. His cuisine with regional accents, entirely made from seasonal products, is generous, authentic and accessible. A gastronomic side without fuss in a sober, luminous room with four pins. The effort of selection is prolonged on the wine list which knows how to delight without ruining. The must, the carte blanche, you set the budget and the chef concocts the surprise menu matching the food and wine of the moment. He will come and debrief with you!

Information on LES GOURMETS

Low season: open from Tuesday to Friday and Sunday for lunch; Friday and Saturday evenings. High season: Tuesday to Sunday lunchtime; Wednesday to Saturday evening. Menus from 34 € to 37,50 € (+ menu). Lunch formula: 17 € (starter, main course, dessert). Terrace.
