The mandatory reference for all water sports on board, whatever they may be. Always battered by violent winds, the rocky coast that goes from Cascais to Guincho (10 km) is perfectly impassable for normally constituted swimmers. It then collapses abruptly into the vast Guincho cirque, without the sea being much calmer. The pros will go to compete with the elements, the others will go to fight against the sand in the small creeks further north to try to get a little tan, or drown in the caipirinhas and beers of the Bar do Guincho. Either way, the place is worth the detour for its incredible panorama!
