SWEETWATERS CHIMPANZEE SANCTUARY

This refuge welcomes chimpanzees from Central and West Africa. Often hunted for their meat, they find here a place of welcome and protection. Reservations are essential, as the number of people is limited to six. No physical contact is allowed between visitors and chimpanzees, a distance of 4 m must be respected to minimize the risk of transmission of human diseases. Transfer to the meeting point is possible for an additional fee.
