This village overlooking the valley and the calm waters of the Seille is steeped in history: it offers a few sights to walkers, but above all calm and serenity to its inhabitants. Cuisery has kept the allure of a medieval village where the stalls of book dealers and book artisans flourish, the village having become in July 1999 the4th "Village du Livre en France". You can come and look for a book or an old LP during the book market every first Sunday of the month. Cuisery is also the Eden center, the marina with two pontoons and a tree: a cedar that was planted in 1734 by Bernard de Jussieu.
