The front of the pretty shop is decorated in almond green and welcomes us in the heart of the shopping center of Cluny. Pastry chef Nicolas Germain offers sweet and gourmet creations all made with yambaca, dark chocolate made from beans from Ecuador and Santo Domingo. A creator above all, Nicolas Germain creates new pastries every year. The tea room will welcome you to enjoy a sweet treat or, at lunchtime, a leek and bacon quiche with a green salad.
