From the medieval city, this 14-kilometer loop can be made in ATV or on foot. You will need a little force on the calves to climb up to the peak of the ridges, because the gradient is steep, but the view obtained from the top of the Four Winds is worth it. This trail is mainly in the forest, on marked trails. You will notice in particular the presence of crosses indicating that you have just entered the old non-aggression zone surrounding the abbey to protect the monks.
