Chenôves is a wine village crossed by the Route des Grands Vins, but also by the GR®76 and the Voie Verte. A village made up of five hamlets: the Bourg, with its church, Les Filletières, where most of the inhabitants live, as well as the town hall and the village hall, La Bouthière, with its castle known for its gardens, and Les Valottes, the only pond frequented by fishermen on the South Côte Chalonnaise territory. Between the beautiful old winegrowers' houses and large 19th century properties, the Château du Thil and La Bouthière, a beautiful property in the middle of the vineyards, a partly Romanesque church with its listed calvary, a wash-house, superb landscapes that can be seen from the heights, not forgetting the famous and gourmet Chèvrerie des Filletières (goat's cheese, farm visit and Thursday producers' market), Chenôves offers a beautiful destination for a day or for a longer stay.
