CHATEAU DE CHAMILLY
Nestled in the heart of a green valley bordered by hedgerows and vineyards, Château de Chamilly is owned by the Desfontaine family, who have been cultivating vines since 1820. The estate has been handed down from father to son, always with the same passion. The property extends over 27 hectares and produces white and red wines all from the noble grape varieties of Burgundy: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté. They cultivate the vines according to the mode of reasoned culture and adapt themselves at each moment to the conditions of their environment. They appreciate delicate Pinot Noirs, pure and straight Chardonnays, wines that express their terroirs. All the reds and some of the whites are aged for 12 months in barrels in the château's cellars.
