Brewery in Chalon-sur-Saône producing traditional home-made, local and seasonal cuisine, colorful dishes.
Located opposite the Palace of Justice, the aptly-named Brasserie du Palais was taken over in spring 2023 by Emma and Alexandre. The decor is both sober and chic, with different areas for lunch (only) or drinks in the evening. The menu is short, the service efficient and the dishes classic (burgers, salads, fillet of beef...) and very well mastered by the chef, who also offers daily suggestions. The huge terrace is a pleasant bonus, and the big screens offer sports fans plenty of material for passionate evenings.

le cadre est chaleureux et la nourriture excellente je recommande fortement,
le rapport qualité prix est parfait
Super accueil du personnel, grands parasols, service rapide mais surtout produits frais et fait maison. ( thon mi-cuit avec purée et légumes - tarte à l’abricot et café ).
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter la prochaine fois. Je recommande +++
