Not far from the center of Chagny is the lovely Auberge de la Musardière. As well as being a charming hotel, the building houses Édith Cattiaux's restaurant. The young chef's talent is unquestionable: associations, flavors, visuals... everything is mastered. First, you devour the plate with your eyes, before savoring it.
