A city born in the 18th century with an inestimable heritage value, the historic center is now protected. Sometimes called "Little Paris" because of its 19th century architecture, Goya is one of the poorest cities in the country. However, there is a real impetus around the preservation of heritage, so the city is slowly recovering the attention it deserves.
