For a hundred years, this inn has been delighting palates. The Larochette sisters have long since given way, but their passion for showcasing local wonders has outlived them. Today, it's Jordan Diart who excels in the kitchen, where homemade products, from bread to ice cream, are the norm. Crispy veal sweetbreads, Charolais entrecôte and hot soufflé are among the house specialties. The menu, which rotates every two months or so, satisfies both those who love tradition and those who swear by originality.

Located in Bourgvilain, this restaurant, founded in 1910, offers traditional Burgundian cuisine, using local, seasonal produce. The restaurant boasts a warm, sober dining room, as well as a shaded terrace for al fresco dining, weather permitting. Chef Jordan Diart regularly renews his menu. It includes themed menus, such as the "5 Senses Escape" or the "7 Wonders Journey", available by reservation. Starters include eggplant pressé with fresh goat's cheese and arugula pesto, or snail puff pastry with Bourbon cream and fennel confit. Dishes include Galician-style octopus risotto, pistachio-crusted lamb mouse, or fillet of sea bream marinated in chili oil. Desserts include pistachio soufflé with Amaretto ice cream, apple and praline, and honey verbena entremet. A selection of wines accompanies these dishes, with pairings designed to enhance each dish.
