Office offering various tourist information and guided tours in Bourbon, a store with local products on site.

Bourbon-Lancy is a town of water and history, at the crossroads of several cycling itineraries. The office is a mine of information, offering guided tours of the spa district, the medieval quarter, the Sacré-Coeur church and the Saint-Nazaire museum-church (not all of which are open to the public). The guide also opens doors that are normally closed, such as the belfry and bell tower of the Sacré-Coeur church. The office also houses a spacious souvenir store and acts as a ticket office for cultural events.

Quality Tourism. Low season: open Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 5pm. High season: open daily and on public holidays from 9:30am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6pm. Low season from November to March. High season from June to August. In April, May, September and October, Monday to Friday 9:30am-12:30pm and 2pm-6pm and Saturday 9:30am-12:30pm and 2pm-5pm. Open on Sundays. Online souvenir and brochure store. Guided tours by prior arrangement: €5 full price; reduced €2.50 for 7/18 year-olds; free for under-7s.
