Wildlife in Bahrain has long been malled by human activities, hunting, and then industrialization and oil fields have not left much room for local fauna. Many native species were threatened with extinction. It is therefore for this reason that the archipelago was one of the first countries in the Gulf to acquire a natural reserve to safeguard the unique ecosystem of the Kingdom. Two parties are the reserve, one reserved for biologists and the other to visitors. Once you arrive, you will take place on a bus that will lead you to the various pens where you can admire the most emblematic animals and plants in the region. Thanks to the efforts of biologists, local species populations have been able to reproduce and are now far less threatened than they were before. Spending a few hours with such beautiful animals remains a memorable experience.
