Ludivine and Thomas Dunoyer are committed to preserving the timeless charm of 19th-century bistros in their restaurant in the Hôtel du Commerce. The decor is typical of the Belle Époque, with contemporary works of art. The 100% home-style cuisine has become bistronomic, with dishes by creative chef Sébastien Métayer, whose specialties include escargots à l'Époisses, pigeon en deux cuissons and Morvan trout with almonds. To respect the seasons, the menu changes every month.
