Étant de passage à Autun en ce jeudi de novembre grisâtre, j'ai poussé (un peu par hasard) la porte du restaurant Le Cathédrale qui, comme sont nom l'indique, est niché juste derrière l'édifice religieux de cette jolie petite ville Bourguignonne chargée d'Histoire.
L'ardoise à l'extérieur de l'établissement m'a laissé entrevoir que je pourrais y déguster un boeuf Bourguignon et c'est exactement ce dont j'avais besoin en ce jour morne.
L'équipe est jeune, l'accueil est sympathique, chaleureux, en bon aubergiste ????
