It is one of the 36 provincial parks in New Brunswick. Located in the north of the province and south of the town of Campbellton, the 11 km 2 park protects the Sugarloaf, a mountain that reaches 305 metres. Its density is shared in the territories of the town of Campbellton, the village of Atholville and Val-d'Amours, all of which are located in Restigouche County. Summer like winter, thousands of visitors come to the joys of camping, cycling, mountain biking, fat bike, skiing, ice skates or hiking.
