15 minutes from Lisbon, on the other side of the Tagus River, on the seafront of Costa da Caparica, there are two places: Dr Bernard and Palms. The owner, a Frenchman, has brought back from the United States an urban beach concept with a varied offering. Tex-Mex flavors merge with local products, and Italy is cooked in a spectacular pizza oven. As for the Palms, it's a place for surfing with cultural events, DJs, a community of skaters and artists that brings together young urban festive people. A great place to spend a great day.
