Kennett River is a small coastal village located approximately 25 kilometers from Lorne and 45 kilometers from Apollo Bay. Near the road, behind the Kennett River Holiday Park, walk 200 meters along the Grey River Rd, and look in the trees, you will find sleeping koalas! This is one of the main attractions of this village and there is even the Kennet River Koala Walk! It is one of the best places in the country to see koalas in the wild, that's for sure! Take your time, don't make too much noise so as not to scare them, walk around and above all, don't forget to look up! Have a good discovery!
