At the "Mille et une" you can enjoy very successful gourmet burgers, although a bit heavy in sauce. Efficient and cheap despite everything. Special mention for the "Cheese and foie gras explosion" burger! The specificity of the place is perhaps due to the choice offered for the meat: in addition to a nice selection of beef (American Black Angus, Japanese Wagyu, Asturian beef or Swiss Simmental), you can garnish your burger with ostrich, zebra, buffalo or kangaroo meat!
