In this restaurant housed in a cultural centre, chef Susana Aragón boasts a cuisine based on local products and the concept of "slow food". It is therefore quite naturally that artichokes, the star product of Baix Llobregat, are cooked in all kinds of ways here! The indigenous chicken Pota Blava is also a must on the menu. Thanks to a network of small, well-knit local producers, Susana Aragón offers an inventive seasonal cuisine that takes the form of small dishes to share. Very good menu of the day!
