Family-run hotel with a restaurant serving traditional Catalan cuisine in the heart of the old town of Santa Coloma de Farners.
In the heart of the old Town of Santa Coloma de Farners, this family-run hotel since 1927 is a real landmark for the city's residents. The 30 rooms with standard or superior categories are very simply decorated and comfortable. Above all, we come here for the authentic village atmosphere that reigns between the walls and Pinxo restaurant, with its airs of outdated district canteen, which is a reference for traditional Catalan cuisine. The location of the hotel is also ideal for the storming of the Guilleries or Montseny massif, on foot or by bicycle. The hotel also rents atvs to its guests.

A pesar de no haber hecho reserva, nos dieron una mesa rápidamente, y nos trajeron los platos sin retraso.
Destacar el plato de macarrones a la boloñesa y el bistec, riquísimos. También el yogur natural.
Las instalaciones (el restaurante) son correctas y se asemeja mucho al típico bar de pueblo. También dispone de un hostal, pero no voy a exponer mi opinión porque no pedí reserva, no sé como es este sitio hostelero y no puedo valorarlo.
El checkin es a partir de las 13:00 h. Aunque ponga a las 9:00 h.
La habitación era grande pero :
Colchón hundido y ruidoso al moverte .
Almohada muy blanda .
El extractor del lavabo hace más ruido que un tractor .
El desayuno incluido , bastante justo .
La comida muy buena .
Arroces muy buenos .
Trinxat también .
Habas a la catalana muy buenas .
Se puede ir a comer sin estar en el hotel .
Tienen bastante variedad de platos .
