Opened since 1985 this center FFESSM, PADI, SSI, BSAC, PSI-CEDIP is one of the most famous of Costa Brava. Located opposite the port of Estartit, in the hotel with the same name, the center has all the services (baths, showers, locker rooms, etc.). The Illes Diving Center offers up to 4 trips a day to the Medes Islands (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon) on board two fully equipped boats. In addition to the classics released to the Medes Islands, the center also offers a dozen beautiful dives to the rocky funds of the Massif del Montgrí. Teams and instructors are multilingual. Training and courses are provided in the diving school of the center. The property also has a comfortable hotel fully thought-out and ready for divers.

Founded in 1965, this center has acquired many years of experience in the Medes Islands area. It offers a complete and modern infrastructure for divers: multilingual guides and instructions, two boats with several trips per day (morning and afternoon), a training room for conferences and courses (all levels) and an equipment repair service. You can also enjoy a restaurant with a terrace offering a daily menu and an on-site accommodation reservation service.

This family business of 10 people offers a boat rental service with a fleet of about 20 boats, renewed every year and checked every day. If you rent your boat from l'Estartit, you can sail to the Medes Islands, just in front of the port of l'Estartit. And if you head north, you can cross a cave in the open sea called La Foradada, anchor at Cala Montgó, Cala Molinet or Empúries beach... On the south side, you can reach the cape of Begur, in the reserve of Ses Negre Marina.

Located in the heart of the Natural Park of Torroella, the Medes Islands and Baix Ter, this nautical resort offers water and sports activities for all public, levels and old. Almost fifty proposals for discovery nature and sport: the calm of kayaking on the River Ter, the adventure of hiking, the underwater exploration of the Medes Islands in scuba or snorkel diving, in flight in hot air balloon, route among nature in segway 4 x 4, excursion in Burricleta, adrenaline to max with the skibus or the jetski, gliding in surf, sortie or pirate boat… and an exhibition grazing! Founded in 1990 and located in the Panorama Hotel, this family-run diving center has all the services (drying and transporting equipment, inflation station, store with all the latest news). Two 15-meter boats (with hydraulic elevators for a comfortable ascent), with a capacity of 30 divers each, will take you quickly to the Medes Islands. You can make your first introductory dive or follow the different steps to become an experienced diver. Do not hesitate to consult the list of the proposed diving sites.

This club offers many sports activities. Above all nautical, of course, with sailing and kayaking courses, but also the possibility of renting boats, sailing or motor boats. There are also tennis courts, a swimming pool and a fitness room. There is also a bar-restaurant where you can have a drink in front of the sea.
