Isla Pastores is a small wild island, preserved from tourism, south of Almirante Bay and east of San Cristobal. Its name comes from the English pastor who lived there in the 19th century. Its geological composition is different from that of the other islets of Bocas and it has a relatively high altitude. These two singularities are part of its charm, as well as the completely virgin mangrove canals in the surroundings and the view of the mainland covered with green just in front. The surrounding seabed is particularly rich and clean, as Isla Pastores does not have a beach as such, so the human impact is less
