Together with La Molina, this resort forms the Alp 2500 ski area. Its location on the northern slopes of the Tosa mountain range, and the northerly orientation of almost all its slopes, means that skiers can enjoy one of the longest seasons in the entire mountain range, making it a popular destination for Catalans, especially those from Barcelona. What's more, it has the highest vertical drop in the Eastern Pyrenees, 935 meters, and is the only resort in the Catalan Pyrenees where you can ski at night. Ski schools, day-care centers, a snow garden, bars and restaurants complete the range of facilities on offer.
