Moritzburg is known mainly for its magnificent castle, transformed into a hunting pavilion and summer palace by Auguste le Fort, the artisan of Baroque Saxony. But other local attractions also worth the detour, such as the house of the artist Käthe Kollwitz or the Wildgehege (park game), a strange game zoo whose origins date back to the th century.
