40 km east of Rajshahi and 75 km south of Bogra, Natore definitely deserves a stop for its imposing royal complex. Founded by Raja Ramjiban Rai in 1706, Natore underwent a rapid and rapid development, which became the administrative headquarters of the Râjshâhî region in 1769. The city then lost its importance in the British era and is now only a small town with 72 000 inhabitants.
