On the north coast, a long stretch of rocky land hiding small sandbanks. Crystal clear waters with impressive views of the cliffs of La Mola. La Platgeta is one of the most famous. You can get there on foot from Es Caló along the coastal path. A little further east, Cala en Baster (2 km from Sant Ferran) is even more peaceful. Tramuntana beach (also called Costa des Carnatge) is a rocky beach several kilometres long, wedged between Cala en Baster and Ses Platgetes. However, its seabed is sandy. It is very rarely visited, probably because there is no parking nearby
