Petit Futé's opinion on BRASSERIE PUKA (BIRRA PUKA)
Thanks to Puka's pure water, seven kinds of homemade beers are produced in this small brewery. With Musha de Fier, this is Albania's only micro-brewery. Created in June 1996, this small production unit (80 000 l/year) provides only very rare addresses in the country, including the large restaurant Mrizi i Zanave. The visit details all stages of classical manufacture of beer: malting, saccharification, houblonnage, fermentation… and tasting!
