Li comento que ens fem càrrec nosaltres del cost de tornar el paquet i em diuen que ells no poden fer la gestió de cap manera. Hem sembla que un Hotel d.aquesta categoría hauríen de tenir alguna manera de poder tornar els articles oblidats independentment de qui sigui la culpa.
