In addition to its enchanting setting and medieval décor, the Parador restaurant concocts good traditional cuisine. On the menu, among others: eggplant terrine with pig's feet, numerous mushroom dishes, fish and seafood, as well as good pieces of meat cooked over the fire (such as the famous shoulder of kid). The typical borregos de Sant Pere (a kind of bun) are to be enjoyed as a dessert.

Restaurant situé dans une très belle salle médiale ce qui donne immédiatement une ambiance argréable et originale. Le service, comme dans tous les paradoxes et efficace et de qualité. La carte est assez courte et manque de salades et d’options végétariennes mais les plats que nous avons commandés ont été très bien réalisés et goûteux. Un endroit à ne pas manquer.
