It is a border pass where the end of Pakistan's territory and the entry into the Xinjiang region of China are located. As you climb up to the top (4 693 metres!), the orchards and lush fields leave to pelées mountains. Then, the summits cover snow and the appear, farmsteads on the road of the Kharkhorum road, which is rapidly traversed by golden marmots. The border itself, symbolized by a kind of immense concrete arch, is nothing extraordinary but the journey is quite spectacular.
