On the coast of the municipality of Campo nell'Elba, in the southwest of the island, 18 km from Portoferraio, the town of Marina di Campo is located in the heart of the most extensive beach of Elba (1,380 m of postcard-perfect golden sand). The beach can be reached on foot from the town center. The vast gulf is well sheltered and offers swimming opportunities in a crystal clear sea with a lively port, dominated by the 15th century Marina tower. Every Wednesday, lovers of good food can find themselves at the market in Piazza del Granatieri. In the same square there is the tourist office, open in summer, to find out everything about the social spot of Elba.
