From May 3 to September, in the park at the entrance to the village, there is a "protective tree" of the fields. Men perform a ritual: they have a weather vane to lead the winds and a few scissors on the trunk to defy clouds that would like to unload hail or storms on the fields. A wax cross symbolizes the effort and work of villagers struggling for their crops. To increase the protective power of the symbolic tree, corporal is attached to the celebration of the previous Holy Thursday. The one who is responsible for the smooth running of this ritual, Don Vicente, ensures that during the last 70 years there has never been a problem related to weather. The church contains an impressive Renaissance altarpiece. The village also offers a bar and restaurant.
