Travel Guide Guachaca

Guachaca is located 1 hour by bus from Santa Marta, 15 minutes after the Tayrona Park and 10 minutes before the access to the Ciudad Perdida. This village takes its name from the Guachaca River which descends from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. Its beach is beautiful and wild, a good spot to relax or surf. Several quality inns have been built in the last few years, facing the sea. You can get there in a few minutes by motorcycle cab (3 km, $5,000) from the road where the names of the hostels are indicated. It is important to have a reservation, the security service will ask you for it to let you access the small hotel area.
