Built in the early 2010's, this small village, built on a superb protected bay in the middle of nowhere, was deliberately inspired by the style of Harbour Island. Built around a residential islet, it reserves a pontoon for each property, a beautiful hotel, the Sandpiper Inn and even a fishing lodge. No shops or nightlife yet, but a great place for a quiet vacation. A tropical forest of 20 hectares with 10 kilometers of trails suitable for jogging. The place is mainly dedicated to investors who wish to enjoy their piece of paradise while renting their property.
