To visit the park, you must be registered at the office and be accompanied by an OIPR officer. The hike lasts approximately 3 hours (8 km return). After 4 km, you reach the old hotel in the park, which was devastated after the 2002 crisis, with a watchtower where you can observe the animals. Continuing on, you reach a lookout point with a spectacular view of the southern part of the park as far as the lagoon and the Azagny canal. In a large clearing called "petite savane", there is another viewpoint for distant observations with binoculars.
