The village of Ngwenya is located right next to the South African border, about a 15-minute drive from Mbabane. The border post, Ngwenya/Oshoek, is open from 7am to midnight. The village is just below the Hawane Nature Reserve and the Malolotja Nature Reserve, which offers an excellent Canopy Tour. Ngwenya Mountain, at 1,830 m, has a small peculiarity: when you stare at it, a crocodile's head appears. This mountain is home to one of the oldest iron mines in the world, over 43,000 years old, which you can visit. There is an original store of local handmade glassware here.
